RECRUITING AND TRAINING

ON THE AVERAGE ONLY FIVE PERCENT OF ALL APPLICANTS
MEET THE HIGH STANDARDS, OF CITIGUARD JOB REQUIREMENTS. THESE APPLICANTS MUST UNDERGO A RIGOROUS BACKGROUND CHECK, FINGERPRINTING, CLASSROOM TRAINING AND TESTING. OUR GUARDS MUST GO THROUGH PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING AREAS: honesty, non violence, drug and alcohol avoidance, work values, safety consiousness, abililty to work under supervision and public relations. all employees are subject to pre-employment and random testing, which is conducted by a federally certifed lab.
